What you will do

• Lead procurement for video and content production, including equipment, props, set materials, and talent logistics.
• Build and manage a vetted vendor network capable of sourcing unique, high-value items on short notice.
• Own corporate sourcing for technology, facilities, professional services, and SaaS.
• Design and implement a unified procurement function serving both production and corporate needs.
• Optimize procurement tools and P2P platforms to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Provide executive-level reporting on procurement performance, savings, and risk.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of procurement experience, with exposure to both production/operations and corporate environments.
• Background in media, entertainment, consumer products, or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of building procurement infrastructure (policies, processes, tools) in scaling organizations.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
