What you will do
- Own the product strategy, customer retention, and migration roadmap for the ActiveBatch and Tidal legacy portfolio.
- Partner with the Product team to ensure migration blockers are addressed in the modern roadmap via feature parity and utilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize security patches and defect fixes while minimizing legacy platform investment.
- Design migration engagement models, including discovery workshops, technical validation, and go-live support.
- Support Sales with competitive positioning and business cases for customer migrations.
- Develop and mentor Product Owners in backlog management, customer-centric discovery, and outcome-based roadmapping.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in product management with a track record of shipping complex B2B enterprise software.
- Experience in legacy product management and building migration paths to modern architectures.
- Expertise in customer retention and preventing churn during platform transitions.
- Domain knowledge in workload automation, ERP integration, cloud infrastructure, or mission-critical operations software.
- Ability to partner with Engineering, Sales, CSM, and Support to balance competing priorities.
- Analytical rigor in using renewal rates and usage telemetry to inform prioritization.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of product management experience with portfolio-level accountability.
- Experience leading large-scale customer migrations (100+ accounts) and building migration playbooks.
- Deep understanding of job scheduling, batch processing, SAP workflows, or cloud orchestration.
- Experience hiring and developing POs in distributed or offshore models.
