What you will do

  • Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders to align goals, scope, and priorities.
  • Translate complex business needs into structured product and project requirements.
  • Drive the entire AI product lifecycle from PoC and MVP to full production, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Own the project cadence, including planning, prioritization, resource management, and progress tracking.
  • Validate technical decisions to ensure they are feasible, scalable, and grounded in real-world business needs.
  • Identify risks early and proactively manage dependencies and trade-offs across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Barcelona
  • 4+ years of experience in project management combined with 4+ years of experience in AI.
  • Master's or higher degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • English: Fluent (C1+) required; French is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the full ML lifecycle, including exploration, development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Proven track record in Agile/Scrum and backlog management for data-driven products.

Nice to have

  • Domain exposure to formulation, chemistry, or the F&F industry.
