What you will do

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention across the ANZ client base.
  • Drive adoption of hirify.global Marketing Services by expanding use cases and identifying growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Lead Customer Success events, round tables, and client workshops or webinars.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor for clients and serve as the internal Voice of the Customer.
  • Design and execute operating rhythms to increase product usage and value realization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to ensure client success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • University degree.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proven track record of solving enterprise technology and data challenges.
  • Experience working in an agency, client, or MarTech organization on marketing campaigns and strategy.
  • Subject matter expertise in Marketing Technology, digital media buying, and segmentation.
