What you will do

• Lead and manage manufacturing operations to meet company policies and operational objectives.
• Execute production schedules to ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Administer labor relations policies and resolve employee grievances.
• Manage annual operating budgets and maintain financial discipline.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering to improve manufacturing methods and layouts.
• Oversee inventory levels and address root causes of scrap and defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in industrial operations within high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing production teams using established metrics.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS/SGC).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Piedras Negras, Mexico.
