What you will do

• Operate CNC machines and perform welding and standard assembly for machine units.
• Follow SOPs and working instructions to ensure safety and production efficiency.
• Perform in-process quality checks according to requirements.
• Monitor and report production abnormalities and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in daily improvement activities.
• Guide and train junior operators to enhance their skills.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical-related industries.
• Ability to strictly follow SOPs and working instructions.
