What you will do

• Lead and optimize component stamping processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Define process parameters and perform quality validation.
• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting for stamping operations.
• Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Prepare technical documentation and reports, while participating in MPS, 5S, and audits.
• Provide training to technical personnel within the stamping area.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in stamping processes or automotive manufacturing.
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of quality/customer audit processes and CQI special processes.
• Proficiency in process capability and tolerance analysis (Cp and/or Cpk).
• Strong knowledge of tooling, materials, and technical drawing interpretation.
• Experience with problem analysis and resolution methodologies.
