What you will do

• Lead daily production execution across assigned shifts and areas to ensure plan attainment.
• Drive compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, 5S expectations, and plant procedures.
• Manage and optimize productivity, efficiency, utilization, scrap, and labor performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to production supervisors and frontline teams.
• Partner with Planning, Engineering, Materials, Maintenance, and Quality teams to remove operational barriers.
• Escalate operational risks, downtime, and execution issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
• Proven track record of leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, production control, and labor management.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-accountability operation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Background in productivity improvement and execution control.
• Experience coaching supervisors and developing frontline leadership.
• Mechanical or electrical background.
