What you will do

• Lead daily production execution across assigned shifts and areas.
• Drive compliance with safety standards, PPE use, 5S expectations, and plant procedures.
• Ensure production plans are executed in a disciplined and timely manner to meet targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to production supervisors and frontline teams.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Materials, Maintenance, and Quality teams to remove barriers.
• Monitor and control productivity, efficiency, utilization, scrap, and labor performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production control, labor management, and performance follow-up.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in high-accountability operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (per company authorization policy stated).

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Background in productivity improvement and execution control.
