What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for detecting phishing emails and sensitive data.
• Develop production-grade code for ML pipelines and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
• Architect scalable and maintainable ML infrastructure integrated with existing backend systems.
• Research and implement generative AI and LLMs to enhance detection capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PMs, designers, and software engineers, to align ML initiatives with business goals.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a high-standard engineering culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ML or Data Science (or Ph.D. with 6+ years).
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior or staff engineering role.
• Must be based in the US (based on regional privacy and compensation requirements).
• Deep understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning techniques and LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in building efficient end-to-end ML workflows and data pipelines.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn and Pandas.

Nice to have

• Experience in API development using FastAPI.
• Experience tracking text embedding modeling.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
