What you will do

• Deliver attribution analysis across asset classes including Fixed Income, LDI, and Multi-Asset.
• Develop and enhance attribution models, tools, and reporting.
• Collaborate with fund managers, strategists, and product specialists to support decision-making.
• Partner with data, technology, and investment teams to optimize processes and controls.
• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and communicate attribution results.
• Ensure appropriate governance is applied to all attribution activities.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification, ideally in a quantitative subject.
• Professional experience in an analytical role within investment management.
• Strong knowledge of performance and attribution analysis.
• Solid understanding of fixed income instruments, derivatives, and bond mathematics.
• Experience with programming tools such as Python, VBA, or SQL.
• Must be able to work onsite in London.
