What you will do

• Define and own key metrics for availability, utilization, and capacity health; build comprehensive dashboards.
• Develop rolling forecasts, demand models, and scenarios to identify shortages and imbalances.
• Support high-impact decisions on data center expansion, resource allocation, and product constraints.
• Model trade-offs in resource ratios, allocation strategies, and demand shifts across multiple regions and clusters.
• Operate with high autonomy, partnering with engineering, product, and business teams on infrastructure scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics, data science, or related fields, ideally in high-scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong ownership to drive problems from framing to actionable recommendations.
• Solid SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and large datasets.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and data products (Grafana, DataLens, or similar).
• Operational mindset for evolving data environments; decision-making under ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, or capacity domains.
• Background in forecasting, time series analysis, or demand planning.
• Understanding of statistical methods.
• High-growth or startup experience.
• Proficiency in Russian.
