Senior Data Analyst (12 Months Fixed Term)

TL;DR

Senior Data Analyst (CRM): Generate customer insights and analysis to drive data-driven decisions in CRM, supporting appointment bookings, retention, product take-up, and engagement with an accent on advanced analytics, automation, and personalisation. Focus on interrogating data sources, recommending actionable opportunities, and collaborating on ML models and analytical products to enable customers on their path to zero carbon.

Location: Hub based in Bristol, Glasgow or London with flexibility to work from home. Unable to offer sponsorship.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + 15% bonus + 9% flex pay.

What you will do

• Demonstrate understanding of CRM objectives and proactively recommend actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Generate analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decisions across CRM and commercial areas.
• Develop deep knowledge of business processes and data sources to ensure accuracy and generate recommendations.
• Participate in CRM conversations, suggest tests, and ensure data consistency.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, marketing managers, and commercial leads on ML models and analytical products.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting, identify opportunities, and test outcomes in CRM activities.

Requirements

• Quantitative background (degree or equivalent) and proven experience solving complex problems with customer-centric focus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; articulate complex results to non-technical audiences using Looker and Tableau.
• Statistical knowledge including experimental statistics, sampling, significance, and A/B testing.
• Strong SQL and code interrogation skills; analytical translator comfortable in commercial teams.
• Problem solver with high attention to detail, self-starter able to discover and act on opportunities.
• Thrive in cross-functional collaboration with various seniority levels; experience with Google tech stack and GitHub.
