What you will do

• Book freelance crew for outside broadcasts in accordance with project requirements.
• Manage all freelance crew correspondence and email communications.
• Create and distribute Call Sheets and Production Schedules for broadcasts.
• Collaborate with the Crewing, Production, and Travel team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems autonomously.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Legal right to live and work in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience in Broadcast, Production, or event management.
• Minimum of one year of professional broadcast or production experience.
