What you will do

• Own the global IT strategy, roadmap, budget, and delivery across US and Israel regions.
• Lead and mentor a globally distributed IT team, fostering an efficiency-of-operations mindset and aggressive automation.
• Manage the full identity and endpoint stack, including Okta, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Intune, and JAMF.
• Establish the governance framework for the safe rollout and use of enterprise AI tools and agents.
• Ensure global compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 through identity-driven security controls and audits.
• Oversee global asset management, procurement, and the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of scaling IT for companies with 200-500+ employees in a SaaS or AI-first environment.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Okta (SAML, SCIM, Workflows) and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with JumpCloud and/or MDM platforms like Intune and JAMF for endpoint management.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance standards.
• Must be based in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Okta Certified Professional, Google Workspace Admin, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
• Prior experience deploying enterprise AI tools or leading an AI Governance Council.
• Familiarity with NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, or the EU AI Act.
• Experience managing teams specifically across the U.S. and Israel.
