What you will do

• Lead the development and maintenance of electrification product validation plans.
• Coordinate and align DFMEA and validation test preparation timelines with product introduction teams.
• Develop reliability targets, DFMEA-driven validation project plans, and detailed test procedures.
• Analyze test failure discoveries and lead the creation of new test plans for design improvement iterations.
• Manage technical work and relationships with third-party testing organizations.
• Report product validation metrics, including risk criticality and reliability predictions, to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in project management, including cost/time estimation and risk mitigation.
• Industry experience analyzing failure mechanisms of power conversion technology.
• Proven expertise in developing DFMEAs and pre-validation test planning with technical teams.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Mossville, IL.

Nice to have

• Advanced training or experience in DFMEA methodology.
• Basic understanding of conductive charging systems.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in PLATO e1ns.
