What you will do

• Design and implement scalable multi-agent architectures to autonomously retrieve and synthesize complex client intelligence and engagement data.
• Engineer robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases for real-time relationship understanding.
• Build orchestration logic to connect disparate systems and manage task hand-offs between specialized agents and external APIs.
• Implement enterprise-grade guardrails, security controls, and intent recognition layers for handling sensitive data.
• Lead the technical evolution of AI capabilities from experimental POCs to high-availability production systems.
• Optimize LLM interactions and context window usage to balance latency, cost, and response quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production-quality code.
• Proficiency in Python, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph or LangChain) and RAG implementations.
• Experience deploying scalable solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB) and distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of React to effectively collaborate on backend-driven user interfaces.
• Must be based in the US (Hybrid in Irving, TX).

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation frameworks like RAGAS or TruLens.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of CRM ecosystems, specifically Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Java development.
