What you will do

• Own the developer growth motion by defining and tracking metrics for awareness, adoption, activation, and engagement.
• Develop and refine messaging and positioning for Phoenix and self-serve Arize AX within the AI ecosystem.
• Create technical guides and onboarding flows that facilitate the developer journey from first use to production.
• Engage with the AI developer community and partner with DevRel to increase reach and mindshare.
• Use AI-native workflows to monitor ecosystem signals and iterate on product experiences quickly.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in developer marketing, PMM, or DevRel.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
• Comfortable reading and working with code, APIs, and developer tools.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to write from direct product usage.
• Experience with AI/ML tooling, observability, or developer workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source Software (OSS) go-to-market strategies or Product-Led Growth (PLG).
• Existing relationships within the San Francisco AI community.
• Personal following or influence in the AI/ML space.
