What you will do

• Generate outbound pipeline through strategic hunting and AI-powered prospect intelligence.
• Manage demand conversion by responding to Market Qualified Leads (MQLs) according to SLAs.
• Partner with Account Executives to plan and execute targeted account penetration strategies.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls with senior decision-makers to assess business value.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline research, personalized messaging, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Alliances to increase brand awareness and market penetration.

Requirements

• 1+ year of proven success in Enterprise BDR roles targeting large, complex accounts.
• Strong background in strategic outbound prospecting with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and experience with sales technology and AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Must be based in Australia.
