What you will do

• Provide leadership and oversight to the Engagement team and handle project escalations.
• Manage resource planning, utilization, and conduct performance and development reviews.
• Oversee the Professional Services offering portfolio and manage change control processes.
• Execute revenue reviews, financial hygiene, and quarterly forecasting.
• Collaborate with CX, Sales, and Finance teams to improve delivery and customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a Solution Implementation or Professional Services team.
• Strong background in customer-facing roles focused on product implementation and accelerating time-to-value.
• Deep understanding of PS operations, including resource planning and revenue management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce/Certinia (Financial Force) or similar project administration platforms.
• Must be based in London, UK, with the ability to work in-office at least two days a week.
