What you will do
- Architect and build fully custom WordPress websites with themes, plugins, and ACF-driven structures.
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and structured data.
- Manage servers, deployments, DNS, Cloudflare, SMTP, hosting configurations, and third-party integrations.
- Work across Shopify and BigCommerce at the code level and implement accurate GA4 and GTM tracking.
- Debug full-stack issues across server, backend, and frontend performance layers.
- Help build agentic AI workflows that connect LLMs with marketing APIs and automate content, advertising, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of web development experience in agency or performance-driven environments.
- Deep PHP expertise, including WordPress core-level development and custom websites built from scratch.
- Strong JavaScript experience and working knowledge of Python for automation, scraping, data manipulation, and API calls.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, performance, crawlability, indexation, and internal linking.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve full-stack issues independently.
- Foundational knowledge of AI agents and exposure to or willingness to learn LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker, log analysis, security hardening, and site recovery.
- Experience with programmatic SEO, dynamic page generation, large-scale websites, or multi-site and multi-location SEO builds.
