What you will do
- Design and build autonomous AI agents that analyze infrastructure in real time and make decisions for troubleshooting, optimization, FinOps, and how-to use cases.
- Develop MCPs and integrations with infrastructure data, Slack, Jira, and AI-powered development tools.
- Build and deploy machine learning models for resource policies, scaling triggers, and GPU configuration recommendations.
- Own AI and ML systems from concept through production, including evaluation, monitoring, security controls, latency, reliability, and cost management.
- Create internal AI tools and customer-facing tools for engineering, research, support, sales, and infrastructure cost analysis.
- Define AI architecture, data governance, engineering practices, and multi-agent system standards as a founding member of the AI group.
Requirements
- Typically 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python skills and solid backend fundamentals.
- Experience building and operating production systems in cloud environments.
- Practical experience bringing LLM-based systems into production, including latency, cost control, and failure-mode management.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks, evaluation frameworks, and production AI system design.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate across teams while developing toward technical leadership.
- Experience with structured operational data, retrieval systems, or vector databases is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain or MetaGPT.
- Experience with RAG and vector databases.
