AI Value Engineer

Location: Remote within the United States; working hours are 8–5 ET.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements to scope, prototype, and deliver GenAI-powered workflows.
• Translate business and operational pain points into LLM-based solutions and run discovery sessions, use-case sprints, and prompt-engineering labs.
• Build rapid experiments and proofs of concept with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
• Package successful experiments into prompt libraries, workflows, solution playbooks, and other reusable artifacts.
• Facilitate GenAI learning sessions, role-based labs, workshops, and enablement programs.
• Advise teams on AI adoption, capability gaps, workflow redesign, and the development of internal or client-specific GenAI Labs.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in consulting, product enablement, innovation, or applied business strategy.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI for real work, including prompts, workflows, and proofs of concept.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and lead client work with minimal oversight.
• Excellent facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect business, compliance, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong execution, curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States and align with 8–5 ET hours.

Nice to have

• Mortgage, fintech, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Familiarity with AI safety, governance, and compliance.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, LangChain, or similar tools.
• Background in startups, consulting, internal strategy, learning and development, or innovation teams.
