Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark (must be able to work regularly from the Nørrebro office)

What you will do

• Build and maintain internal tools and workflows using a stack including Hubspot, Snowflake, Vercel, and Github.
• Act as the primary point of contact for CRM, reporting, and process improvements for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Evaluate and scale the martech/salestech ecosystem to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions, including the deployment of AI agents for GTM functions.
• Drive operational excellence by closing feedback loops between sales and marketing and implementing growth modelling.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in RevOps or GTM-adjacent operational roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, reporting, and problem solving.
• Proficiency in the GTM data model (Accounts, contacts, leads, deals, pipelines).
• Experience building complex workflows with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and building outcome-based reports.
• Fluent English proficiency and ability to work regularly from the Copenhagen office.
