What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and attract high-level candidates for executive search projects within the Life Science Practice.
• Conduct deep market intelligence and research to map talent landscapes.
• Develop presentations and documentation for business development purposes.
• Manage candidates through the entire search process, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Lead elements of the search process and eventually manage the process end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Research Analysts, Principals, and Partners to deliver executive talent solutions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Must have US work authorization to be eligible for company benefits (401k, US health insurance).
• Strong competency in candidate identification and qualification.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with executive-level talent.
