Senior Test Engineer (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Define and specify DFT requirements for new IP to achieve performance targets.
• Specify test hardware (schematics and constraints) for ATE systems to ensure full test coverage.
• Develop and maintain validation, qualification, and production test programs for integrated circuits.
• Drive correlation activities between design and bench teams.
• Release programs to production sites and support volume ramp-up.
• Perform continuous yield and test time improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Degree: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in test activities
• Proven track record of managing several products in high volume production.
• Familiarity with ATE test equipment (preferred Advantest 93k and/or Teradyne J750/µFlex).
• Strong programming skills in Java and C++.
• English: Fluent proficiency required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PCB/circuit design (Orcad environment).
