TL;DR

Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover): Lead digital acquisition strategy for a mobile-first car insurance app with an accent on paid channels, ASO, and creative testing. Location: Hybrid - flexible WFH, required to come into London office a couple of times a month for team strategy days and socials

Salary: £60,000 to £68,000 - fixed term PAYE

What you will do

  • Develop and oversee digital acquisition strategy, managing budgets across channels for strong ROI and efficient CAC
  • Own App Store advertising, Paid Social, Search, Display strategies, and ASO for App Store and Play Store
  • Drive digital creative testing, A/B experiments, and new channel tests to improve messaging and growth
  • Collaborate with data science team for customer insights, funnel optimization, and implementing performance models
  • Manage web-app reporting, landing page improvements, tracking accuracy, and weekly performance reporting

Requirements

  • Strong experience with mobile-first products and web-to-app user acquisition
  • Proven performance marketing for major brands with profitable paid acquisition examples
  • Strong knowledge of ASO and running paid campaigns on Social/Search channels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Balance of creative/analytical thinking, exceptional communication, can-do attitude for multiple projects
