Salary: £60,000 to £68,000 - fixed term PAYE

What you will do
- Develop and oversee digital acquisition strategy, managing budgets across channels for strong ROI and efficient CAC
- Own App Store advertising, Paid Social, Search, Display strategies, and ASO for App Store and Play Store
- Drive digital creative testing, A/B experiments, and new channel tests to improve messaging and growth
- Collaborate with data science team for customer insights, funnel optimization, and implementing performance models
- Manage web-app reporting, landing page improvements, tracking accuracy, and weekly performance reporting
Requirements
- Strong experience with mobile-first products and web-to-app user acquisition
- Proven performance marketing for major brands with profitable paid acquisition examples
- Strong knowledge of ASO and running paid campaigns on Social/Search channels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Balance of creative/analytical thinking, exceptional communication, can-do attitude for multiple projects
