What you will do

• Analyze business processes to identify high-impact AI opportunities and prioritize workflows that reduce cost and rework.
• Build production-grade agentic workflows using LLMs, internal APIs, MCPs, Claude skills, and n8n automations.
• Coach internal teams and AI champions through hands-on sessions and documentation to ensure self-sufficiency.
• Measure AI adoption through weekly active users and impact metrics, iterating based on live usage data.
• Develop and maintain the company's AI playbook with reusable patterns and templates.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define strategic AI goals and success metrics.

Requirements

• Experience deploying AI tools in production environments where downtime or errors have real business costs.
• Hands-on proficiency with Claude, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools in a professional context.
• Technical fluency in low-code/no-code tools, APIs, MCPs, SQL, and BI tooling.
• 2-5 years of experience in product ops, BizOps, strategy, or technical program management.
• Strong communication skills to run workshops and translate technical jargon for diverse audiences.
• High ownership and ability to ship working v1 solutions quickly in ambiguous environments.
