What you will do

• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to senior business leaders to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and build reporting pipelines and data models.
• Develop visually compelling dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI for non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and monitor KPIs to evaluate the daily performance of onboarding teams and the broader business.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within onboarding operations.
• Review provider delivery against SLAs and support contract negotiations from a data perspective.

Requirements

• Qualification in Data Analysis or a similar quantitative field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data or business optimization roles.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience working with data pipelines.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, DataBricks, or PowerBI.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cape Town or Kuala Lumpur.

• Experience working in a customer service, customer onboarding, or KYC environment.
