TL;DR

Recruiter (Ecommerce): Managing end-to-end recruiting execution for GTM and technical roles with an accent on pipeline optimization and candidate experience. Focus on leveraging AI tools to accelerate sourcing and partnering with hiring managers to raise the organizational talent bar.

Location: Hybrid (Office 4 days per week). Must be based near one of the office locations: New York, Seattle, Sydney, Tokyo, or London.

Salary: $157,000 - $170,000 total compensation (including $140,000 - $153,000 base salary).

What you will do

  • Own assigned searches end-to-end from intake through the offer stage.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers on role scope, candidate profiles, and search strategies.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and manage pipeline flow in Workable with high data accuracy.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate sourcing, personalize outreach, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Support leveling discussions using the internal Career Ladder and interview evidence.
  • Share market insights to identify opportunities for improving workflows and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in GTM/commercial or technical roles.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume and high-complexity recruiting independently.
  • AI-fluency: experience using AI tools to streamline sourcing and recruiting workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers using data.
  • Experience utilizing an ATS as the primary system of record for all activity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
