What you will do

• Provide legal advice on commercial and supply chain contracts, compliance, data protection, and intellectual property rights.
• Support corporate governance, strategic restructuring projects, and corporate transactions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Draft and review legal documents and carry out detailed legal research.
• Collaborate with finance, technical, and business development departments to manage legal risks.
• Standardize legal processes and create educational materials to increase internal knowledge of legal issues.

Requirements

• Full graduate degree in Law, preferably from a German university or German-speaking community.
• 4-5 years of practical experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Solid understanding of corporate law, with additional knowledge of German corporate law and compliance.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Ability to work onsite in Ottobrunn, Germany.
