What you will do

• Advise People & Culture on all HR compliance matters and employment law fundamentals.
• Monitor and support compliance with the Supply Chain Act (LkSG) and the Pay Transparency Act.
• Build, maintain, and develop the company's Compliance Management System.
• Govern company-wide policies regarding Antitrust, Whistleblowing, and Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and drive remediation of findings.
• Interface with external legal counsel and support external audit processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Law (Wirtschaftsrecht), LL.B., or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in compliance, HR legal, or in-house legal roles.
• Solid working knowledge of German employment law and HR compliance frameworks.
• Experience in building compliance structures and conducting internal audits independently.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills to translate complex legal requirements for senior leadership.
