Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Architect and design complex electromechanical systems integrating novel sensors and actuators.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from CAD and prototyping to production ramp-up in Asia.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to solve complex problems.
• Perform thermal, fluid, and structural analyses to ensure designs meet product goals.
• Partner with industrial design, marketing, and leadership to shape product direction and features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consumer product design experience.
• Expertise in injection molding, sheet metal forming, and electronics integration.
• Proven track record of shipping high-volume consumer products, including manufacturing support in Asia.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Solidworks, NX, or Creo.
• Strong knowledge of DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, and GD&T.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed.
