What you will do

• Architect manufacturing execution systems (MES) and database structures for full product traceability and genealogy.
• Design and build custom electromechanical test fixtures for validating subassemblies including motor assemblies, sensor modules, and PCBAs.
• Develop automated inspection systems using vision systems, force/torque sensors, and custom measurement equipment.
• Optimize production line layouts through simulation tools, time-motion studies, and takt time improvements.
• Implement DFM/DFA improvements in partnership with design engineering based on production data and failure analysis.
• Create automated test scripts and predictive maintenance systems for production equipment using sensor data and analytics.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for complex electromechanical products.
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred) for fixture and tooling design.
• Experience with test automation using Python, LabVIEW, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with motion control, servo systems, and PLC programming.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP) and Six Sigma methodologies.
