Salary: $297,000 – $330,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive global transfer pricing strategies and policies.
• Oversee preparation of transfer pricing documentation including master files, local files, and country-by-country reports across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft and manage intercompany agreements and build economic analysis models.
• Evaluate APAs and oversee transfer pricing-related audits.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development teams on intercompany pricing strategies.
• Monitor global transfer pricing developments, OECD guidelines, and local country changes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in transfer pricing with significant broad responsibilities.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Tax, or related field; CPA, JD, or Master’s in Tax preferred.
• Deep expertise in OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international tax regulations.
• Strong quantitative and economic analysis skills.
• Experience managing transfer pricing compliance and operational processes in multiple jurisdictions.
• Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid model: 3 days in office per week)
