TL;DR
Compliance Governance & Oversight Lead (AI): Set strategy for compliance governance and oversight, own policy lifecycle, GRC platform implementation, controls testing, training programs, issue management, and reporting frameworks. Focus on building coherent operating model across Integrity & Compliance function, scaling program health metrics, and partnering with pillar leads for accountability.
Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Washington, DC (at least 3 days/week or 25% in office)
Salary: $270,000 - $345,000 USD

What you will do
- Set strategy for compliance governance, defining policies, controls, training, and reporting into a unified model
- Own end-to-end policy lifecycle including drafting, workflows, version control, and communication
- Lead GRC platform selection, implementation, and administration for risk tracking and workflows
- Design and run controls testing/monitoring program, partnering with other pillars to identify gaps
- Drive compliance training development/delivery and issue management processes across the function
- Build metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and prepare responses to due diligence requests
- Manage I&C budget/vendors and build/develop the Governance & Oversight team
Requirements
- Significant experience in compliance, risk, internal audit, or related field, leading operations/governance functions
- Track record scaling compliance programs including policies, controls, training, GRC, and reporting
- Deep knowledge of policy management, controls testing, issue management, and program reporting
- Experience with GRC platforms and using tech to streamline compliance
- Proven reporting to senior leadership/internal audit and influencing cross-functional teams
- Strong communication to translate compliance into adoptable processes; team building experience
