What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year IT strategy and roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
• Optimize enterprise business systems, including CRM (Salesforce) and telephony, and lead the selection of AI-native contact center platforms.
• Oversee all cloud-native IT infrastructure, networks, and endpoint management for a remote Mac-based workforce.
• Operationalize cybersecurity policies and standards, ensuring adherence to SOC 1, SOC 2, and other compliance frameworks.
• Drive automation of routine IT tasks and manage AI cost governance and vendor relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team of 8 members.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a VP-level or equivalent executive role.
• Proven track record leading IT at a SaaS or technology company during periods of rapid growth.
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and enterprise security frameworks.
• Experience owning enterprise business systems (CRM, telephony, ERP) and partnering with business stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and a track record of applying automation to reduce manual workload.
• Must be eligible for employment in the US; company uses E-Verify.
