What you will do

  • Own revenue targets through pipeline development, prospecting, and closing high-value deals
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles from outbound sourcing to negotiation and contract execution
  • Structure integrated partnerships across branded content, media packages, IP licensing, co-productions, and product collaborations
  • Build outcome-driven proposals aligned to partner objectives and ROI
  • Grow relationships with senior stakeholders for renewals, upsells, and expansions
  • Collaborate with Partner Solutions, Creative, Production, Legal, and Sales Operations to execute deals
  • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and deal tracking

Requirements

  • 15+ years in partnerships, media sales, or revenue roles with direct closing responsibility
  • Proven track record closing multi-million dollar partnerships with global brands
  • Ownership of pipeline generation and full-cycle deal execution
  • Experience selling integrated offerings like media, branded content, sponsorships, or IP partnerships
  • Strong commercial judgment for structuring complex, multi-year agreements
  • Executive communication skills for influencing C-suite and stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of media monetization and partnership revenue models
  • Cross-functional experience delivering complex deals
