What you will do

• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to document business requirements for federal agencies.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Perform gap assessments of legacy workflows against ServiceNow platform capabilities to guide build vs. configure decisions.
• Manage backlog quality and ensure user stories meet the Definition of Ready before sprint intake.
• Design end-to-end process maps, workflow diagrams, and data models for service delivery flows.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, including authoring test scripts and coordinating sessions with agency personnel.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven background supporting federal contracting environments (e.g., DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies).
• Experience delivering within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and process mapping tools such as Visio or LucidChart.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe PO/PM).
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) credential.
