What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, and the annual Empower client forum.
• Develop event strategies aligned with marketing priorities, sales goals, and customer objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, vendors, production, staffing, and on-site execution.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align events with target accounts and support retention and growth.
• Track and report on performance metrics, including attendance, influenced pipeline, and ROI to optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop event-related assets and internal communications.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in event, experiential, or field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or HR tech.
• Proven ability to own events from strategy through execution and post-event measurement.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and event tools such as Splash or ON24.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30%
