What you will do

  • Lead the development and support of custom applications using Duck Creek Billing and related toolsets.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and project leaders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Design and implement solutions using ManuScript configuration and optimize SQL queries for application functionality.
  • Mentor and guide developers across the Duck Creek platform to elevate team performance.
  • Manage and resolve complex customer issues and support integrations including Billing Services and async queues.
  • Contribute to overall solution design and strategic planning to align with client goals.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5+ years specializing in Duck Creek products.
  • Expertise in Duck Creek Billing (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, and Integration).
  • Hands-on experience with ManuScript inheritance structures and C# custom business objects.
  • Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, functions).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to coach and mentor technical teams.
