What you will do

• Extract insights from large structured and unstructured datasets using statistical methods and machine learning.
• Analyze relationships between electrical and physical fails utilizing DFT, Sort/Test, and data mining.
• Develop and influence the yield improvement roadmap for technology development and high-volume manufacturing.
• Identify and fix improvements in manufacturing processes, test content, and inline metrologies.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Integration, QNR, and Product/Test Development teams.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing yield and device health for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (6+ years exp), Master’s (4+ years), or PhD (2+ years) in Materials Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Python, JMP, or other data engineering tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in Albuquerque, New Mexico (Hybrid model).
• Ability to direct cross-functional teams and work effectively across organizational boundaries.
