What you will do

• Install, test, and re-certify durable medical equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform onsite repairs and preventative maintenance at customer locations across the U.S. and Canada.
• Calibrate components using hand tools and electronic measuring devices.
• Provide technical support and extensive service/repair training to healthcare staff.
• Maintain accurate service records, trip reports, and manage spare parts stock.
• Utilize specialized software to log work orders and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• AA degree in Electronics or Electronic Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of electronic repair experience.
• Specific experience with IV pumps.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel overnight 50-75% of the time.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electronics down to the subassembly level.
