What you will do

• Perform physical annual inspections of assigned AEDs within a defined territory.
• Ensure equipment readiness by replacing batteries and pads prior to expiration.
• Assist with the placement, installation, and swap-outs of AED devices at customer locations.
• Provide post-event support and retrieve critical data from AEDs.
• Document and report equipment issues through the internal ticketing system.
• Support special field projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Veteran Status is required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass a full background check and drug screening prior to hire.
• Possession of a smartphone or tablet to operate the Check AED mobile application.
• Background in Fire, Police, Military, or EMS is strongly preferred.
• Certification in CPR/AED/FA is preferred.
