Field Technician (Acute Care Technology)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (up to 90% travel required)

Hourly pay rate: $30.00 to $35.00

What you will do

• Manage technicians, assign PM workloads, and provide guidance on performance reviews.
• Deliver onsite product support, troubleshooting, deployments, and customer equipment application assistance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, software upgrades, and escalate issues to managers.
• Maintain service activity records, generate monthly metrics reports, and handle special projects.
• Train annually at least 40 hours on ZOLL products and stay proficient.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required and credit card in good standing for travel expenses.
• Technical degree (2-year minimum) or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience interfacing with external customers preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, ability to work independently.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
