Location: Onsite in Princeton, NJ

Salary: $260,000 - $300,000

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a motivated R&D team within an agile, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Direct applied research approaches and prioritize projects based on business impact and innovation relevance.
  • Manage R&D programs aligned across business units, market segments, and sales teams.
  • Build science-based networks with subject matter experts, customers, suppliers, and start-ups.
  • Design innovation strategies and transform them into profitable, value-adding B2B products.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Market Segment leads to align the portfolio with customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

  • Masters or PhD degree.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in R&D, preferably in the ingredients or flavors industry.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a management position.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities in a dynamic surrounding.
  • Availability for travel (less than 20%).
