Salary: $30–$38 per hour

What you will do

  • Own contract administration and lifecycle coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Manage procurement and fulfillment workflows, including purchase requests and vendor performance tracking.
  • Coordinate operational finance activities such as commissions, incentive bonus attainment, and AP/AR coordination.
  • Maintain asset tracking for customer-site consignment and oversee office management tasks.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Product, and Quality teams to standardize administrative and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, purchasing, or sales support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Streetsboro, OH.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with QuickBooks software.
  • Administration of compensation or incentive structures.
  • Vendor Relationship Management experience.
