What you will do

• Lead a team of employees in completing mechanical assembly projects for low voltage switchgear.
• Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks based on member skills, and inspect completed work.
• Partner with supervisors and production managers to resolve departmental issues and handle minor discipline.
• Coordinate the planning and preparation of training and orientation for new team members.
• Track and log worker time, materials, and inventory resources.
• Perform hands-on assembly and sub-assembly tasks for manufacturing projects as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.
• Prior experience in effectively leading a team of employees.
• Ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with common tools like tape measures and impact drills.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas; Sponsorship is not available.
