What you will do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack software solutions with an intense focus on development velocity.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and modern tooling to accelerate the writing, testing, and deployment of code.
• Conduct rapid product experiments with end-users to gather real-world feedback and iterate based on data.
• Build entirely new, AI-native products from scratch and identify ways to supercharge existing hirify.global services.
• Take extreme ownership of projects from inception to launch within a high-octane, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer building scalable applications.
• Technical proficiency in Typescript and Python.
• Deep comfort and hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of moving fast and delivering results quickly.
• Experience running A/B tests, prototypes, or rapid user experiments.
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, highly ambiguous environment.
