Location: New York, NY (salary ranges also for Colorado, California, and New York). Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship and authorized to begin work on first day.

Salary: $107,000 - $168,000 (base salary for Colorado, California, and New York) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and key clients to define and deliver solutions supporting user workflows.
• Deliver features end-to-end alongside senior engineers with strong ownership opportunities.
• Coordinate with web platform and design system teams for seamless hirify.global user experience.
• Engage in inner-source culture to standardize React, Terraform, and Python codebases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years full-stack development experience OR 1+ years front-end + 1+ years backend development.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (H-1B, F-1/OPT, etc.) and ready to start on first day.
• Care about delivering quality and value to clients in an agile manner.

Nice to have

• Python or Java development experience.
• Experience with React, web components, Svelte, or Ember.
• Full-stack product engineering experience.
• Experience with gen AI for coding.
